At CasaBuilt Cabinets, we want you to shop with confidence. Because cabinetry is a large, high-value purchase that often involves freight delivery, please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1) Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and unmodified

Be in original packaging
-
Be in resalable condition
-
Include all original parts, hardware, labels, and documentation
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Cabinets that have been assembled, installed, or altered

Trim, moldings, fillers, toe kicks, and other cut-to-fit accessories
-
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
-
Replacement parts
-
Custom or special-order products
-
Items damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or installation
Door samples may be returned separately under our sample return guidelines.
3) Return Fees & Shipping Costs
Approved returns are subject to the following:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns

Original shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable
-
Customers are responsible for return freight and shipping costs
-
Any storage, redelivery, or carrier accessorial fees are non-refundable
Refunds apply only to eligible returned product value after inspection.
4) How to Start a Return

Photos of unopened packaging and product condition
Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
Once approved, we will provide:

Return authorization

Return instructions

Warehouse return address
-
Freight handling guidance if needed
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
5) Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:

Items that are not in resalable condition may receive a partial refund or no refund

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider
Damage, Missing Items & Freight Claims Policy
Because cabinetry ships via freight, it is very important to inspect your order upon delivery.
6) Delivery Inspection Requirements
Before signing the delivery receipt, please:

Verify pallet and box count
-
Inspect all outer packaging
-
Check for visible damage, crushed corners, torn wrap, or opened boxes
-
Note all visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt
-
Take clear photos before the driver leaves
Failure to note visible freight damage at delivery may limit claim eligibility.
7) Concealed Damage or Missing Parts
If concealed damage or missing items are discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 5 calendar days.

Photos of outer carton and shipping label

SKU and description of affected part
Claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for replacement.
8) Claim Resolution
Once reviewed and approved, CasaBuilt Cabinets may, at our discretion:

Ship replacement parts
-
Replace the full cabinet/component
-
Offer a partial refund
-
Provide an equivalent substitute if the item is discontinued
Claim reviews are typically completed within 1–3 business days.
Important Product Disclaimer
9) Finish, Color & Natural Wood Variation
Natural variation is part of the beauty of real wood cabinetry.
The following are not considered defects:

Minor color variation
-
Grain differences
-
Hairline cracks at joints
-
Panel shrinkage or expansion
-
Slight sheen variation
-
Normal aging due to light exposure
Because screen settings vary, product images may not perfectly represent final color and finish.
We strongly recommend ordering a door sample before placing a full cabinetry order.
10) Sample Recommendation
If no sample is ordered before purchase, CasaBuilt Cabinets is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to:

Shade
-
Finish sheen
-
Wood grain
-
Style expectations
Ordering a sample door is the best way to confirm your finish choice before making a large investment.
